Terms & Conditions
Last updated 7 September 2026
I'm really excited to be working with you. To make sure we're both clear and get the most from this process, here's a simple outline of the service terms and conditions. Please read through carefully, and if anything doesn't sit right, just let me know before we get started.
Term & Payments
- The initial coaching term is 3 months.
- You can choose to pay upfront for the initial term of 3 months, upfront for 6 months, or in three monthly instalments. By signing up, you agree to complete the full period you've committed to, regardless of your chosen payment method.
- If you choose to pay 6 months upfront, your initial commitment extends to the full 6 months. The same terms that apply to the standard initial term of 3 months (including no refunds before the end of the period) apply for the full 6 months in this case.
- After the initial 3 months, your coaching automatically rolls into a monthly ongoing plan, with payments taken via Stripe until you give notice to end.
- Payments must be made on time. If a payment is missed, coaching services may be paused until it's resolved.
- If a payment fails, you will be notified straight away. Stripe will attempt to charge your card again over the following 3 days, once every 24 hours. You can update your payment method at any time in your client hub under Plan.
- To update your card details, log into your client hub and click on the button that says manage your payment card.
Ending the Service
- If you wish to stop coaching, I require 1 month's notice.
- If this notice is given during the initial 3 months, the end date will still be the final day of your initial period.
- After the initial period, the end date will be one month from the date you give notice.
- Any monies owed during the notice period remain payable.
- Please note, there are no refunds if you decide to leave before the end of the initial 3-month term.
Health & Safety
- I am not medically trained. Any exercise or nutrition recommendations I provide are for guidance only.
- You should consult your GP or another qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness or nutrition programme, especially if you have existing medical conditions.
- If you experience pain, dizziness, sickness, or injury during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
Nutrition & Supplements
- All nutritional and supplementation advice is given as a recommendation only. It should not replace professional medical advice.
Social Media
- I encourage you to share your progress on social media if you'd like to — please feel free to tag me, and I'll celebrate your wins too.
- I will only ever share your photos or progress publicly with your express permission. Your privacy always comes first.
Responsibility & Commitment
- I'll provide the structure, guidance, and accountability, but your results will always depend on your effort and consistency.
- My role is to support, guide, and challenge you. Your role is to show up, take action, and communicate openly if anything isn't working for you.
I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve lasting results.
